In addition, this location will showcase an industry leading Design Studio complete with a dazzling display of everything the homeowner would need to complete their new home. From countertops to carpet and everything in between, new homeowners will be able to both view and choose everything they need for their new home.

The Vinemont A is a gorgeous two-story 3664 square foot home complete with a first floor owner’s retreat. This spacious home boasts four bedrooms, an additional flex room and a great room that is expansive and open. Some of the unique features of this home include beautiful barn doors that open into the study for that “get away” feeling within your own home. You’ll also be awestruck by the two-story kitchen and great room displaying beautiful wood trusses that just invites you to relax and entertain. The great room includes a two-story rave fireplace that adds warmth to the design. The first floor owner’s retreat includes two walk in closets and a double sided walk in shower that adds just another touch of uniqueness to this home.

The Heritage B was named in honor of Mary and John Schumacher – the parents of Paul Schumacher founder of Schumacher Homes, on the occasion of their 60th anniversary. The Heritage name was chosen to commemorate the positive role models they have been for all the members of the Schumacher family. Of course you would expect any home named for the Schumacher’s to be both beautiful and inspiring – and this one most definitely is. The Heritage reflects one story living at its best with a split bedroom design that allows privacy while keeping the family connected to the open floor plan. This one-story three bedroom home is 2163 square feet and includes a spacious owner’s bath with a walk in closet and a dining room that can be converted to a flex room or office if desired. Unique features you will see as you tour this home include a beautiful covered outdoor living area, a huge party starter center island great for entertaining and a tile and glass enclosure within the master bath that is something you need to see.

In addition to these two homes, there will also be two new Earnhardt designs on display. One as a fully furnished model home and one whose exterior closely models the Pikes Peak design, but has been converted to a Design Studio that is something to behold. These will be the most recent Earnhardt Collection™ homes to be built for display since Schumacher opened the Blue Ridge model in Asheville, NC. The Blue Ridge was the recipient of the National Gold Winning Home of The Year.

The Catawba is one of the newest offerings from our Earnhardt Collection™, a collaboration with Kerry and René Earnhardt.  This home continues the tradition of relaxed family living style that has come to be associated with this wonderful collection of homes. The Catawba is a 2520 square foot one story home with three bedrooms, 2 full baths and an expansive living area that includes a great room, morning room and kitchen area all tastefully combined together for a great gathering place for family and friends. In addition, don’t forget to check out the beamed ceilings in the great room, morning room and kitchen, the flex room with corner barn doors and the freestanding tub in the spa master bathroom.

The final “home” on display is not really a home at all, but a state of the art Design Studio designed with the exterior of the Pikes Peak from the Earnhardt Collection™. From the moment you view the expansive peak that let’s in an abundance of natural light, till the time you first step foot into this world class Design Studio you will be delighted by everything that is on display.
