If you visit the Mooresville, NC area, you’re bound to see the magnificent seven mile stretch of Lake Norman along your travel route, but what you may not see is the smooth stretch of the Catawba River that feeds into the largest manmade lake in North Carolina.
It’s the Catawba River that truly made Lake Norman possible, strong and steadily bridging the gap between the mountains of North Carolina all the way down to the Santee Cooper River of South Carolina.
We love getting out on the water every chance we can. Whether fishing or just playing around, our secluded destination is the calm Catawba River.
In 2014, we were so happy to introduce a new Schumacher and Earnhardt Collection Home Design built at the new design studio right here in our very own backyard of Lake Norman! Strong and steady with deep roots running through the community the amazing design was lovingly named the Catawba!
We love this model home for so many reasons, like the gorgeous barn doors that open up to the rest of the home, or close off for a little privacy!
